Terms and Conditions:

• The receiving person is fully liable for the total asset amount in case of damage or loss, subject to proper evaluation, investigation, and documentation.

• Returned items in good condition will automatically void the receiving person's liability upon checking.

• In the case of damaged or non-working items, an investigation will be conducted by the IT department. The findings will determine whether the receiving person is liable or not.

• Once your assets are verified, a copy of your asset document will be sent to your email immediately.

• All assets issued under the receiving person's name will be recorded and may be used for company clearance and legal purposes.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the receiving person acknowledges and agrees to comply with the above policies. Failure to comply with any of the policies may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to revocation of asset privileges and/or financial liability.​
